Tasks and responsibilities:

Prospecting new potential customers
Negotiating with existing or potential clients, preparing price quotes and offers, establishing all operational details, including prices, contracts, payment terms, services offered;
Understanding Understanding customer needs, by presenting solutions and advice regarding the products and services offered, in order to develop profitable partnerships; Understanding customer needs, by presenting solutions and advice regarding the products and services offered, in order to develop profitable partnerships;
Proposing and selling new solutions to existing and potential customers;
Tracking signed contracts until the processing of sold polymers and until the collection of sold products.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Good sales and negotiation skills;
Motivated and able to effectively manage multiple priorities;
Strong analytical skills and focus on problem solving;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (experience in selling polymers or processing plastics would be an advantage);
Advanced English (any other foreign language knowledge is an advantage);
Ability to travel within and outside the country at least 50% of the time;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
